Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of a painting job: any work we do for you is governed by the written estimate we give you and you accept.

Using this site

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, and use the form, the chat widget and the phone number to get in touch. Please do not copy the site's text or photographs for use elsewhere, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the contact tools to send unsolicited commercial messages.

What the content means

The service descriptions, photographs and articles on this site are here to describe the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result on a particular property. Every job is different, which is why we look at the work in person before quoting.

Nothing on this site is a price. We do not publish rates, and no page here should be read as one. The only price that binds either of us is the one written in an estimate we have given you for your specific job.

Requesting an estimate

Sending the form or calling us starts a conversation — it does not create a contract and does not hold a date in the schedule. Work is booked once we have agreed on an estimate and a start date with you directly.

Current offers

The offers shown on this site are:

• 5% off any project between $1,000 and $5,000 (5% en un trabajo que esté entre los 1000-5000 USD)
• 5% senior discount (5% para tercera edad)

Mention the offer when you request your estimate so it can be applied to the written price. Offers apply to work quoted by us and may be withdrawn or changed at any time; the version that applies to your job is the one reflected in your written estimate.

Photographs

Photographs on this site show either our own completed work or stock imagery used to illustrate a service. They are illustrative: the finish on your property depends on its surfaces, its condition and the products chosen for it.

Third-party tools

The estimate form, the chat widget and the customer-review panel are embedded from third-party providers and are subject to their availability and their own terms. Reviews shown on this site are published by the people who wrote them through that review platform; we do not edit them.

Links

Where this site links elsewhere — our Google Business Profile, our social profiles — we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

Changes

We may update this site and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the wording last changed.
